Mayor Bowser announces pilot program to give 132 new and expectant DC moms $900 per month

From the Article |"Mayor Muriel Bowser announced a new $1.5 million pilot program that will give direct cash assistance to new and expectant moms. Martha’s Table, a nonprofit organization, will operate the program, called Strong Families, Strong Future DC, giving $900 per month for one year to 132 new and expectant mothers in Wards 5, 7, and 8, the mayor said."

The Diverse City Fund is partnering with POLIHIRE to find its next Executive Director.
