Leads strategies that measurably improve health and wellbeing in underserved communities. Develops and implements strategies that result in health care services, public policies, practices, and programs that effectively address identified needs. Strong knowledge of and ability to support the measurement, assessment, and articulation of the impact of community health strategies. Leads and coordinates effective collaboration with external partners, including community residents, non-profits, for-profits, government agencies, schools/school districts, and health care organizations. Engages internal stakeholders to align community needs and business imperatives, and identify and deploy organizational resources that support community health improvement. Guides grantmaking and other contributions.
