DC education and youth development funders are invited to a special briefing with Dr. Amanda Alexander, interim chancellor of DC Public Schools, and Ahnna Smith, interim deputy mayor for education. Dr. Alexander and Ms. Smith will provide an update on their plans and advise funders on how the philanthropic community can help to ensure a seamless transition for kids, teachers, administrators, and families.
