Exponent Philanthropy, with input from participants in its Master Juggler Executive Institute, has identified specific traits and behaviors that successful foundation executives tend to embody. Join your fellow small-staff funders from across the region to hear from Exponent Philanthropy's CEO Henry Berman as we explore how these behaviors can be developed, practiced, and honed. Whether you're a foundation executive director, trustee, or junior staff member, you'll come away with insights and ideas on how to strengthen your organization's leadership capacity.

There is no cost to attend, but preregistration is required. We encourage you to share information about this program with other funders you think might benefit. After the program, there will be an optional networking lunch held at a nearby restaurant.

Thank you to the Volgenau Foundation for hosting this peer-to-peer discussion and to our program partners, Exponent Philanthropy and the Southeastern Council of Foundations.
