Advancing racial equity has developed from an emerging interest to a growing priority for the philanthropic community. A number of foundations in the region have taken substantive steps to reorient their institutions to focus directly on creating systemic change, and many more are considering whether and how they should engage in this work.

Foundation CEOs and trustees are invited to participate in a candid conversation with three trustees of area philanthropic institutions. These leaders will share why they are personally committed to racial equity, how they have engaged in this work inside their institutions, and their vision for how other philanthropic leaders can support and advance racial equity in the region.
