Whether your interest is youth development, education, the arts, health, housing, or community development, join us for a discussion with Trawick Foundation President Carol Trawick and Executive Director Anne Cantrel around lessons learned from their “TeamUp" grants. TeamUp requires a minimum number of nonprofits to partner on a creative approach to serving a particular population in need. Their efforts have built collaboration among nonprofit organizations, funders, and schools to fully integrate out-of-school time programs and outcomes to better meet the range of needs faced by their students, especially for at-risk student populations.

WRAG’s Healthy Communities Working Group is convening this discussion geared toward all funders as part of the group's interest in learning more about what it takes to develop successful multi-sector and integrated projects.
