What motivates employees to participate in your corporate volunteering program? Like you, they are busy with work, family, and life, and with so many options available for giving and volunteering, why in the world would anybody do it through the workplace? If you’re not asking that question, you should be – because your employees are!

Join your CSR colleagues for lunch as guest speaker Chris Jarvis, Co-Founder of Realized Worth, explores why successful employee volunteering programs begin by answering the question, “Why will our employees choose to volunteer or give through the corporate program?” The answer to this question is fundamental to every other piece of the engagement puzzle.
