Co-sponsored by Greater DC Works (previously the Greater Washington Workforce Development Collaborative) and Washington Grantmakers, this event will bring together local foundations and workforce policy experts to discuss a variety of issues, including:

How can workforce development investments promote shared economic prosperity for the region's families?
What role should philanthropy play in supporting regional workforce development efforts?
How are community colleges responding to our region�s workforce needs?
How can the region best address the workforce shortages in the healthcare and construction industries?
