In his overview of capacity building last October, Paul connolly told funders that “it takes capacity to build capacity.” He briefly touched on two key components of this concept - “adaptive leadership” and “organizational readiness.”
But, what do these mean, exactly, and how do you support them? How do you know adaptive leadership or organizational readiness when you see it?
