In the current economic climate, corporate giving professionals have been challenged to maximize social impact by leveraging non-cash resources. The Serve America Act has sparked a renewed energy for national service and creates opportunities to rethink what volunteerism and overall employee engagement means for corporations. This session will explore key developments in the employee engagement space which bolster both the business and social cases for ramping up employee-focused efforts.
