Training #1: Navigating the New 990 (9:30am to noon)
The IRS will release final instructions for the revised Form 990 in late summer/early fall. The new form represents a major change for how nonprofits need to present financial information, compliance and governance information. These requirements will begin on a phased-in schedule for nonprofits beginning with the 2008 tax year (returns filed in 2009). This session will guide you through the new 990 and present an overview of its major changes.

(Click here for info/registration for Training #2: "The Basics" - 1:00pm to 4:00pm)

These training programs will be conducted by Patty O'Malley and Mike Gellman of Rubino & McGeehin Chartered, a 25 year-old firm which offers a full spectrum of CPA services for nonprofit clients across the country.
